Speaking at a press conference after the Foreign Affairs Council meeting on Monday in Brussels, the EU's High Representative Catherine Ashton said that 'a constitutional reform is a key part on trying to solve this crisis' in Ukraine. 'I have listened their issues and concerns, the importance to stopping any form of violence bringing to justice who has perpetrated that violence', Ashton added.
